Wagon Wheel Inn - Lenox

The room had a strange odor that was unpleasant. The key system was outdated and confusing, causing frustration upon check-in. The bed was uncomfortable with a flat sheet instead of a fitted sheet, made for a restless night.

Modest and recently refurbished hotel, we thoroughly enjoyed this place.

The owners were very helpful and congenial. The room was small but clean--nothing fancy. Definitely the motel was convenient for our purposes which was attending a Tanglewood concert Fri. Evening and attending a dance production in Jacob's Pillow Sat. Evening. All our basic needs were met.

Unfortunately the motel is next to a bar and grill as well as it is on a very busy street leading into Pittsfield which made it quite noisy. However, it was convenient for our needs.

Ask for a room away from the highway to minimize traffic noise and ensure a quieter stay.

Beds were very hard, musty smell, no clock, high price.

The room was clean, the owners were friendly, they had coffee in the morning.

It's on a main drag, rather noisy, walls are thin.

The room was spacious enough for our two teens. We appreciated the cleanliness and comfort of our accommodations.

In my wife's opinion, the decor felt outdated and could use a refresh. More family-friendly amenities would be great.

The staff was nice- the room was pretty blah, and we stayed there because it was available and the cheapest of the choices in high season.

Fairly dismal looking, not overly clean, very basic needs some refurbishing.

We enjoyed our stay while exploring the nearby attractions. The hot tub was a great way to relax after a long day, and we appreciated that our room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel’s location.

Nice and clean very acomidating came in very late and they were right there to greet us.

I found the price for the king room with the whirlpool to be quite reasonable. The furniture in the room appeared modern and inviting. It was nice that the fridge was included. The staff were friendly during check-in. A decent place for a short stay 😊

The motel was quite good value.

The lobby felt uninviting, resembling a prison viewing booth, with a grimy fixed partition separating guests from staff. The room was a disaster, a malfunctioning TV that wouldn't turn off, a constantly running toilet, and a filthy door with black handprints. On the upside, accessible dining options like Indonesian food were nearby, and the room's decor had potential, though it fell drastically short of expectations.
